Material weight—not unlimited capacity.
HG’s stated maximum is 5 US tons of material per load, subject to the actual equipment and approved material limit. Stop at the marked fill line or the weight limit, whichever comes first.
Maximum concrete volume
Concrete reaches the weight limit quickly. Use the driver’s marked fill line. A lower limit may apply based on actual material and equipment.
Maximum dirt volume
Wet or dense material may need a lower fill level. Asphalt and brick require their own approved limits. Clean loads must contain one material only.
KEEP THESE OUT
Tires · Batteries · Chemicals · Liquid paint · Asbestos · Fuel · Appliances containing refrigerant. Prohibited items: $50 each plus documented special-disposal costs, where lawful handling is possible. Paying a fee does not make a prohibited or overloaded load acceptable.
A 15,000 lb trailer GVWR is not the material payload. HG must verify empty equipment weight, tow-vehicle, axle and hitch ratings before approving a load. No load may exceed an applicable legal or equipment limit.

Choose mixed household debris, one approved clean material, or approved construction debris. Describe your load before delivery. Tires, batteries, chemicals, liquid paint, asbestos, fuel and refrigerant-containing appliances are prohibited.
How much weight is included?
Mixed and Clean Load plans include 2 US tons (4,000 lb). Excess weight is $75/ton for Mixed Load and $50/ton for Clean Load. The $475 contractor plan has no additional per-ton charge within the approved load limit. All loads must stay at or below 10,000 lb and any lower equipment or material limit.
How many days are included?
Every dumpster plan includes up to 4 days. Each day after day 4 is $15. Confirm delivery and pickup dates when requesting your quote.
What is a clean load?
One approved material only: concrete, dirt, asphalt or brick. Mixing different materials or adding trash makes it a mixed load and requires a revised quote.
Why can’t I fill the dumpster with concrete?
Heavy material reaches the weight limit before it fills the container. Concrete is capped at 2.5 cubic yards and dirt at 4.5 cubic yards, subject to a lower safe limit. Follow the driver’s marked fill line; volume is never permission to exceed the weight limit.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes—ask about same-day delivery or removal. Availability depends on open dumpsters, your location, the load and the day’s schedule. Call to confirm your time window.

Do you work with contractors and roofers?
Yes. Our $475 flat-rate plan is designed for approved roofing and construction debris. Ask about scheduled swaps, coordinated jobsite delivery, simple invoicing and volume pricing for repeat work.
How do distance charges work?
The first 30 road miles from our Kissimmee base are included. Beyond that, it is $2.50 per additional one-way mile, charged once per rental. A 42-mile delivery adds $30. We verify the address before confirming the price.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Contact HG as early as possible to change or cancel a request. We will explain any conditions for work already arranged directly with you.
